                     FAQ

Have questions about our tours? Find answers to commonly asked questions below. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, feel free to reach out to our team.

  • Are children allowed on the tour?
Yes! We welcome all ages, making this a family-friendly experience for everyone.
  • What should I do if I’m outside your pick-up radius, need to park, or am arriving by metro/ride-sharing?
If you’re located just outside our usual pick-up radius, we can arrange a midpoint pick-up location that’s more convenient for you. If you are too far out of our radius, there may be an additional fee for pick-up. Please contact us directly for a quote if you’re in this situation. For those driving in, we offer free side street parking at a location we can message you directly upon request. If you're arriving by metro or ride-sharing, we can suggest alternative pick-up locations as well. On Sundays, parking is free throughout D.C., and we’re happy to pick you up near any of the Smithsonian museums. We aim to make your experience as convenient as possible!
  • Are there booster/car seats available?
We typically do not provide car seats or booster seats, but we may have one available on the day of your tour for an additional fee of $35 per seat (not $35 total for both). Car seats support infants up to age 3. Booster seats are generally for children 4 years and older. If you need a seat, please let us know in advance so we can arrange to have it placed in the vehicle the night before. You are also welcome to bring your own booster seat to use during the tour. Additionally, our tours are designed for a safe and slow-paced drive, allowing you to fully experience D.C. while ensuring comfort for all passengers, including young children.
